A Stay with Mixed Feelings

Our family enjoyed 4 nights in a clean standard king room. The security issue with the door lock replacements made us anxious. Breakfast options were limited but decent. Proximity to the city center is poor, with a lack of nearby dining options. Ensure to secure your food deliveries personally!

TV remote is Poor! Poor selction of stations. Roaming Guide is difficult to usez!

The breakfast was excellent with good choice of outstanding food on offer.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were not so helpful.

The whole experience was such wonderful. The hotel was clean, the room was reasonably large and updated and the bed was nice. The staff were helpful, it was a bonus. Bar was perfect for a breakfast. The property had a comfortable and absolutely perfect location close to everything. Further, it was short walk to very good upscale supermarket, Estes Park and Rocky MT National Park and restaurants and brew pub.

Comfortable room, with the bed being cozy and the breakfast offering hot eggs and sausage. The location was quiet, and we also appreciated the convenience of free parking.

We were actually surprised to find our room was very clean and well-furnished. The staff were super responsive. The breakfast was just amazing, couldn't ask for more.

Check-in had its hiccups, with a mix-up that initially placed me on the first floor despite requesting upper levels. Room maintenance left something to be desired, as my shower didn't function properly due to the hot water being unavailable, requiring me to change rooms around. Even then, navigating the layout felt a bit confusing. Breakfast service ended earlier than I expected at 9:30 AM, which limited my options for a leisurely morning meal.

The room was clean and cute, with a spacious layout, made it easy for me to move around comfortably. The staff were friendly.

More seating in common areas for seniors would help.

I loved the quick access to Wonderland Lake Park, just a short walk away, and having great dining options like Wapos within half a mile. It's a solid place for a single traveler looking to explore the area while enjoying comfortable accommodations, but the card readers at the entrance could be more reliable.

The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with many tasty options. Staff were friendly and approachable. Enjoyed the comfortable bed 😊

The queen room wassuper clean and cozy. I loved that it was right on the bus line. The staff was friendly and even let me store my bags after checkout. The biscuits at breakfast were a good treat!
